Tina Patel's journey into Yoga began as a personal quest for healing, both mentally and physically, and has evolved into a profound dedication to sharing the transformative power of Yoga with others. She completed her 200-hour training at Kunga Yoga School in May 2020, followed by the 300-hour program that led to her certification as a RYT 500-hour Yoga Instructor in June 2021.
She further deepened her practice through a Soul Alchemy program with her teacher, Noelle Whittington and founded Saheli Yoga under the guidance of her Guru, Sai Sabnavis (Master SJ).
In January 2022, Tina expanded her holistic approach by pursuing Ayurveda at the Shakti School, working towards her goal of becoming a Wellness Coach and Ayurvedic Health Counselor.
With a passion for children, she co-founded Bala Sabha (Children’s Forum), a non-profit initiative aimed at helping children connect with their highest, most authentic selves, fostering love and peace in the world.
Known for her light and fun teaching style, Tina incorporates asana, pranayama, guided meditation, and uplifting chanting into her classes. Her teaching style is both engaging and supportive, inviting participants to explore their practice with curiosity and joy while cultivating a deeper connection to themselves. Through her work, Tina aims to inspire and empower individuals on their paths to wellness and self-discovery.
