A slow-paced class that creates awareness and deep relaxation through breath work and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor. The chair is used for seated poses and for standing and balance poses. The class is suitable for all beginners, as well as anyone with limited mobility.

A flow in Vinyasa is like a dance, linking each physical movement with the breath and finding flow in every pose and transition. Breath initiates the movement of Vinyasa. Therefore, it is often referred to as a "Breath-Synchronized" practice. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
