Laura Hilb completed her Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher training at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts in 2018. She continues to develop her teaching skills and her own practice through East Coast Mindfulness and Southern Dharma Retreat Center.
When she was a stressed-out nursing student, Laura took the MBSR course and learned tools to find more balance in life as she became increasingly aware of her body and mind. In her work as a nurse practitioner she has seen the strong relationship between stress and health, and she aspires to empower others with lifelong strategies to improve their physical and mental health using the innate wisdom of their body and mind.
Tina Patel's journey into Yoga began as a personal quest for healing, both mentally and physically, and has evolved into a profound dedication to sharing the transformative power of Yoga with others. She completed her 200-hour training at Kunga Yoga School in May 2020, followed by the 300-hour program that led to her certification as a RYT 500-hour Yoga Instructor in June 2021.
She further deepened her practice through a Soul Alchemy program with her teacher, Noelle Whittington and founded Saheli Yoga under the guidance of her Guru, Sai Sabnavis (Master SJ).
Known for her light and fun teaching style, Tina incorporates asana, pranayama, guided meditation, and uplifting chanting into her classes. Her teaching style is both engaging and supportive, inviting participants to explore their practice with curiosity and joy while cultivating a deeper connection to themselves. Through her work, Tina aims to inspire and empower individuals on their paths to wellness and self-discovery.
Laura Venable has been a student of Yoga for over a decade, for Laura, being a student has always come first. She first started guiding others in their Yoga practice in 2018 after completing her first 200 hour course with Santosha Yoga Institute in Bali, and then in 2019 deepening her studies with Australia’s oldest school of Yoga, Yoga Synergy.

E-RYT 500 + YACEP has been teaching Yoga since graduating in 2006 in Costa Rica from Don and Amba Stapleton’s Interdisciplinary 200 hour Teacher Training, and later became 500+ hour certified through Kristin Cooper-Gulak’s advanced mentorship program through the Kunga Yoga School at Wilmington Yoga Center. Noelle became Senior Faculty leading the 200 and 300 hour Kunga Yoga teacher Trainings in 2012, and went on to become the Co-Director of Wilmington Yoga Center from 2013-2015, published “Morning and Evening Meditation Journal” in 2022, and in 2023 she became the owner and Creative Director of the Kunga Yoga School. During the height of Covid, Noelle founded her Soul Alchemy Course- an online coaching program of Yoga, Ayurveda, Mantra, and Life Coaching practices-which complements her Yoga teacher training programs. Soul Alchemy Course helps students to discover their calling and to take action on their goals and dreams. Noelle loves co-leading International Retreat leader with her company Body and Soul Yoga Retreats in partnership with Jess Hartmann-PT, DPT, PhD. In her Yoga classes, workshops, retreats, at Yoga and Music Festivals, and in all her offerings- Noelle loves to bring live music, dynamic vinyasa yoga, mantra, and meditation together in a sacred space of deep Soul connection. Noelle is a lifelong student of philosophy, Bhakti Yoga, and loves to share her studies with students on Harmonium and in the practices of Sankirtana and Bhajan Yoga.
Eileen’s teaching is deeply rooted in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and other classical texts. She also continues to study with living master Sri Dharma Mittra. Practicing and studying yoga since 2000, Eileen has taught over 4,000 hours of classes. In 2007, she completed a 200-hour Yoga teacher training with Dharma Mittra in New York City. She completed a 5-year training in Tibetan Yoga in 2014, and a 500-hour yoga teacher training in the Kunga Yoga School curriculum in 2021. Eileen has practiced extensively at the Dharma Yoga, Laughing Lotus, and Jivamukti Yoga schools of New York City and taken classes with hundreds of yoga teachers in the last 20 years. Her classes are carefully designed and sequenced to take students deep into the body and breath, and to cultivate the free flow of prana in the subtle body. Since 2020, Eileen has been teaching hatha yoga online with her husband Rob Patzig (Home - A Rain of Blessings).
Colleen Critcher holds an M.F.A. in Painting from Savannah College of Art and Design. After a decade of university teaching and gallery administration, she currently maintains a painting and printmaking studio in South Carolina. Her works have been shown at Redux Contemporary Art Center, Kai Lin Art, Gutstein Gallery, and 701 Center for Contemporary Art. She has been featured by The Jealous Curator, Create Magazine, and PXP Contemporary.
Haley Vasuki is a Physician Assistant turned stay-at-home-mom with a passion for plant-based cooking and nutrition. She completed the plant-based online cooking course created by the makers of the documentary, Forks Over Knives and earned her Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies through eCornell. In August of 2017, Vasuki founded Plant Empowered Florence, a volunteer group aimed at using plant-based foods for good in the community. While she is mostly busy caring for her two sons these days, she enjoys teaching informal, interactive plant-based cooking classes to children and adults in her free time!
